| | | | The picture shows a view of this Colorful Old Call Of The Open Road Color Tinted Photograph Print. The picture shows the entire print and the second image shows the print that is on the back. From the writing on the back it appears that this was a sample print. The year that this print was made is unknown, but it is believed to be from the early 1900s. There is a copyright mark in the lower right corner but there is no signature. It is marked at the bottom of the image ''THE CALL OF THE OPEN ROAD''. The print is similar to the color tinted photo images of Wallace Nutting or Sawyer. The image is of a tree lined dirt mountain road through a notch in the mountains. The print is not framed. It measures 10'' x 12-1/2''. The old print appears to be in mint condition except for a 3/8'' edge tear on the right side as pictured. The back has a little age discoloration. |
