| | | | The picture shows a view of this Unused 1962 Massachusetts Department of Public Safety State Police Identification Card. The back of the card has more unfilled identifying information. There is a place on the front for a photograph, and a place for a right thumbprint on the back. The card has all of the ID areas blank and it expired on December 31st, 1962. The person whom it was to be issued was Newspaper Press Photographer Frank C. Usin, and it was to be used for that purpose (see bottom right). The card measures 3-7/8'' x 2-1/4''. It appears to be in excellent unused condition as pictured. |
