| | | | The picture shows a view of this Colorful Old ''The Three Friends'' Lithographed Boys and Their Dog Art Print. This print is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1800s. It is not marked and the Artist is unknown. The print may have been a plate or page from a book, but we do not know for sure. The back side is blank. With the corners missing, it appears that it may have been mounted and perhaps framed at one time. It is simply marked below the image ''THE THREE FRIENDS''. It is of two nicely dressed boys, perhaps Brothers with their companion dog seated on a bench outside of a building. This would look great matted and framed hanging in a hunting lodge or camp. The lithograph print measures 8'' x 10-3/4''. The detailed printed image appears to be in excellent condition with no fading as pictured. The corners are missing and there is a small tear on the right side, but neither effect the image area or the title. |
