| | | | The picture shows a view of this Old Pair of Cast Iron Egyptian Theme Bookends. These have the appearance of bronze, but they are made of a cast steel or iron metal. They have some edge grinding marks on the bottom as made. Perhaps they are plated or have a bronze colored finish. The two are identical. They have raised images. In the center is the Sphinx. There are flowers, perhaps Lotus and there are wings at the top. These have no markings or date. They are believed to be old. They each measure about 3-3/4'' tall x 4-3/8'' wide. They appear to be in mint condition. |
