The picture is of the ship being launched with flags flying. A few Sailors can be seen on deck. This picture was purchased from a retired ship yard worker. The matted picture with the frame measures 14-3/4'' x 12-3/4''. The picture appears to be in mint condition and the frame has a few small scuff marks as pictured. Zumwalt, Jr., in command. She was decommissioned August 31, 1990 and struck November 20, 1992 to be scrapped. |
