Corn   Food   Recipe Book   Advertising   Paper
The picture shows the front and back covers of this Old Corn Products Refining Company Advertising Recipe Booklet. There is a great image of a Native American Maize Goddess as well as many of the recipes having full color images of the food. The booklet is endorsed by Oscar (Chef?) of the Waldorf - Astoria Hotel of 5th Avenue, New York. There is also an advertisement for the same Hotel in the back. Throughout the booklet there are advertisements for the products pictured on the back cover:

ARGO CORN STARCH
MAZOLA SALAD AND COOKING OIL
KARO CORN SYRUP

The booklet is not dated but appears to be from the 1920's. It measure 5" x 6-1/2" with 64 pages. It is in excellent condition.
