The first card has a section on the back to scratch off to tell you how many units the card is for. The second card is for 10 units and the third card is for 5 units. These cards were produced by USA Card. They were made when Borden, Inc. owned the product and they were licensed through their licensing company Leisure Concepts, Inc..

The first card has a Cracker Jack Butter Toffee package design. It is dated © May 1997. There is a short History on the back. It is numbered 0007/1893. The numbers #1-#6 were retained by the company owner. I received this low numbered one because of my work with the company (see below).

The second card has an old Cracker Jack Christmas Advertising Sign with old prizes pictured and a Christmas tree background design. It is dated © November 1996. There is a short History on the back. It is numbered 0007/2500. The numbers #1-#6 were retained by the company owner. I received this low numbered one because of my work with the company. I provided the image artwork for this card.

The third card has images of (6) old Cracker Jack product package designs including Cracker Jack, Campfire Marshmallows, Checkers, and Cocoanut Corn Brittle. I had created the artwork for this card. It was produced for the Third Annual Cracker Jack Collectors Association Convention of 1997. It is dated © June 1997. There is some information about the C.J.C.A. on the back and there is a date error that appears on all the cards that were produced. This was a very small production run. It is numbered 342/500.

The last two cards mentioned above can and will be Artist signed upon the request of the buyer. There were only (5) Cracker Jack phone cards ever produced and here are three of them.
