The picture shows all (7) Small Old Calendars in this lot. There is an unused 1957 advertising premium calendar. It is gold with a paper calendar. It was from Yonkers, New York and it is marked as follows: "PLEASING YOU KEEPS ME IN BUSINESS" HARRY GRALICER MEN'S GOOD CLOTHES 22 PALISADE AVENUE YO. 5-6523 There is a 1961 calendar booklet from: THE CHILDREN OF LABRADOR AND NORTH NEWFOUNDLAND There is an advertising premium calendar key chain case. It has a perpetual calendar on the end. It is marked as follows: HENRY BISSON LIBERTY ADVERTISING CO. BRENTWOOD ROAD, EXETER, N.H. PHONE 722-5875 Next is a small paper calendar from 1955. It appears that this came off of something, maybe a souvenir. Next is a tiny miniature "YEAR 1903" advertising premium booklet. It has a red leather cover with gold embossed print. The inside cover page has a building pictured of the "HOME LIFE INSURANCE CO." of New York City. The first page is marked: PETITE CALENDAR AND STAMP CASE 1903 This little booklet has a calendar inside as well as a place for postage stamps, postage stamp rates, money order rates, symbols of moon phases, and another advertisement in back for the company's Boston, Massachusetts offices. Next is a solid brass 20 year calendar. It has an easel and stands up. The center is marked "FOR 20 YRS. CALENDAR 1977 - 1995". Lastly in this lot are 11 of 12 tiny month calendars. May is missing. These are made of tin and obviously are attached to something but I do not know what. To judge the sizes the keychain premium measures 3-1/16" long not counting the chain. The items are in excellent to mint condition. |
