The Multi-colored blotter advertises: THERE IS A TOY IN EVERY PACKAGE OF VIGOR 10 CENTS A PACKAGE ''Vigor'' is better than any other ''flaked'' breakfast food - excepting ''Force.'' There is a fine toy in every package. Your mama's grocery man keeps it. There are seven premiums / prizes pictured and thirty-five listed. These were put into the boxes of cereal.
