The “Button Clip On” prizes are not dated but they were used as prizes in the early 1970s. These are very hard prizes to find. The Cracker Jack ID number for this prize is Z-1375. The manufacturer is unknown. Included here are the following: WATCH DOG, yellow plastic with gold paint. Pictures a cartoon or comic dog with a clock body unopened in clear cellophane. This is a Canadian version of the prize. It is simply marked: CANADA CANADA TIGER, orange plastic with black paint, pictures a cartoon tiger cat with mouth opened showing teeth. It is marked on the back as follows: CRACKER JACK DIV.

U.S.A. FUN SEEKER, orange plastic with black paint, pictures two pairs of eyes. The clip on the back was replaced with a magnet so the marking can not be seen. All three of these for one price! To judge the sizes the prize with the cat or tiger measures about 1-1/4'' x 1-3/8'' x 3/16''. The left two appear to be in mint, and mint unopened condition. The right one had the clip on the back replaced with a magnet as pictured. |
