This is a ©1992 Scripto ''Retro Lite'' electric lighter. It does not appear to be refillable. It features a colorful art image of an old Big Chief Wahoo Chicle chewing gum ad from a 1930s or 1940s matchbook cover advertisement. We do not know what is on the other side. The packaging states to ''Collect All 5'', but we do not know what the other lighters have on them. It pictures the Native American Indian comic character and a teepee and it is marked on the side as follows: BIG CHIEF WAHOO
