The picture shows views from all around this Old Painted Cast Iron United States Mail Box Still Coin Bank. The bank is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1800s. It is not marked and the maker is unknown. This bank still has much of the original red paint. The moving coin slot door flap is missing. It is held together with a screw and a square nut. It is marked ''U.S. MAIL'' on the front. The bank measures 2-3/4'' x 3-1/2'' x 1-3/4''. It appears to be in good condition as pictured with the coin slot flap missing as mentioned above.
