The picture shows a front and back view of all (3) Unusual 1937 - 1941 Baseball Card Items in this lot. Two of these are the same. They are old Hood Ice Cream ''Hoodsie'' Dixie lids. They both have the same baseball player on them, Carl Hubbell, Great All Time Star Southpaw Pitcher of The New York Giants. They are from either 1937 or 1938.

The other item included here is a small baseball card of Linus Frey, Second Baseman of the Cincinnati Reds. This card was from 1941 by Gum, Inc. and it was one half of two card that were together from a set called Double Play. To judge the sizes the Hoodsie lids each measure 2-5/16'' wide. We are not card graders, please judge the conditions by the pictures.
