The picture shows all (5) Old Candy / Candy Bar Wrappers in this lot. The dates of these are unknown but they are believed to range from the 1930's to the 1950's. The lot includes: A small Schrafft's 3/10 oz. Sweet Milk Chocolate bar wrapper. This one is small and may be a sample bar, I'm not sure. It was from Schrafft of New York and Boston. It is clean and in near mint condition. Next is a Miller Made Maple Walnut Bar wrapper / label. This one was from the Miller Candy Company of Boston, Massachusetts. It is clean but has some light wrinkling and a tear. Next is a large 3-1/4 oz. Amourette Swiss Style Milk Chocolate Bar wrapper. It pictures a mountain farm and home with cows. It was from the Amourette Chocolate Company of New York, N.Y.. It has some light finish wear but is still a nice example. After those comes a 1-3/4 oz. Waleco Cocoanut Bar wrapper. It was from the Washburn Candy Corporation of Brockton, Mass.. It is clean but has heavy wrinkling. Last in this lot is actually a bag and not a wrapper. It is marked "THE FRESH FANNY FARMER CANDIES". It is clean but has heavy wrinkling as pictured. To judge the sizes the Amourette wrapper as pictured measures 6-7/8" x 3-1/2". |
