| | | | The picture below shows a larger front view of this Old Unopened Campfire Marshmallows Advertising Premium Toasting Fork Envelope. Inside are (2) unused tin forks. The printed paper envelope has instructions of “How To Use Your Campfire Marshmallow Toasting Forks”. The package is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1950s. These packets originally came attached to specially marked packages of Campfire Marshmallows. Campfire Marshmallows were made by the Cracker Jack Company. To use these you would bend the six smaller metal tabs around a stick, and the larger two prongs would hold marshmallows to be toasted over an open camp fire. The forks each measure about 1-3/4" x 4-1/4". The forks are mint and unused. The envelope in unopened as pictured, with a little extra paper on the back where it was originally removed from the Campfire Marshmallows package. |
