It has an image of the Statue of Liberty and is marked: NEW YORK The metal it is made from is unknown. It is not marked or dated, but it is old. It is adjustable. It was probably purchased in a souvenir or gift shop. It resembles a spoon handle. At the widest point the ring measures 3/8'' wide. It is in excellent to near mint condition. |
