| | | | The picture shows a view of the (2) Old Tobacco Premium Miniature Asian or Oriental Rugs in this lot. The rugs are not dated but they are old. Many years ago tobacco companies gave away many different premiums including felt flags, sports, school, and other felts as well as imprinted silk items and rugs. Many different sets were produced. These would make a great miniature rugs for an old dollhouse. They both have great colorful designs. The smaller one is not marked. The larger one is stamped on the back. It is difficult to read but it is marked ''FACTORY NO. 3152 3rd DIST, N.Y.''. To judge the sizes, the larger rug measures about 5-1/4'' x 3-1/16''. They appear to be in near mint condition as pictured. |
