It is not marked and the maker is unknown as well. This kit would probably be kept or carried in a purse for any emergency sewing or mending that needs to be done. The kit has a yellow felt cloth lined and hinged metal walnut shell with a clasp. Inside is a #9 thimble, multiple color braided threads, and on a flap are a needle, straight pins, and a few safety pins as well. To judge the sizes the closed metal nutshell case measures about 1-3/4'' long. It appears to be in mint unused condition as pictured. |
