The picture below shows larger front and back views of this 1969 United States Apollo XII NASA Moon Landing Space Mission Advertising Souvenir Commemorative Token Coin. The mission was to land men on the Moon and surveying. It appears to be made of gold colored aluminum. One side has an image of the Lunar Module on the Moon with Astronauts surveying. The other side has the Apollo 12 insignia with a Yankee Clipper sailing ship orbiting the crater covered Moon. It is marked on the two sides as follows: APOLLO XII NOVEMBER 17, 1969 CONRAD – GORDON - BEAN YANKEE CLIPPER APOLLO XII The coin measures about 1-1/2'' wide.
