| | | | The pictures below show larger front and back view of this Elaborate Old Engraved Metal Name Badge. This metal name badge is not dated and the year it was made is unknown. It is made of a silver colored metal. It has not been tested for silver. We had acquired this badge pin in a large collection of ribbons, badges, medals, fraternal, political, and awards that were dated from the 1880s to the 1940s. We do not know who the woman is that is named on it or where she was from. At one time there may have been a wide ribbon hanging from the long pin on the back. The badge is not marked and the maker is also unknown. The pin or badge has an eagle at the top and branches with leaves with fruit, berries, or nuts all around it. Installed in the center is an engraved metal plate It is engraved with the name ''TERESA COFFEY''. A new name could be engraved on a metal plate and installed. The name badge measures 2-3/8'' x 1-11/16''. It appears to be in excellent used condition with a nice aged patina on it as pictured. |
