The picture shows a view of all (3) Old Davy Crockett Character Tin Pin Back Buttons in this lot. These pinback buttons are not dated but they are old. The two smaller ones may have been used as a prize in an old gum ball machine. All three have Davy Crocket with his rifle and his famous coon skin hat. The larger pin has a nice image of Crockett. In the background is a fort, Indians on horses, mountains, and a wagon train of Conestoga wagons. The left pin has Crocket firing his gun in front of the Alamo. The third pin has Davy Crockett fighting a bear. The three pin back buttons are marked as follows: DAVY CROCKETT INDIAN FIGHTER DAVY CROCKET PIONEER AT THE ALAMO DAVY CROCKETT PIONEER KILLS A BEAR To judge the sizes the larger pin back button measures 1-3/8'' wide. These appear to be in near mint to mint condition as pictured. |
