The Cracker Jack ID number for this prize is Z-1131 and it was made by The Leyse Aluminum Company of Kewane, Wisconsin. There were a few different variations of this prize. It has illustrated and written instructions on how to hold it to make a clicker or clicking noise or sound. It is marked on one side as follows: GRIP TIGHTLY AROUND THIS EDGE
