The pictures show a view of both sides of this Colorful Old Esquire Girl & Davy Crockett Two Sided Print. This print is not dated but it is from August, 1950. Please note that this is one paper with a print on each side. Why it was made like this we do not know. It could be framed so you can flip it over to change the image in a man cave. One side has a print from a painting by Artist Al Moore called 39;39;THE ESQUIRE GIRL39;39; with a poem at the top titled 39;39;SUN - GODDESS AT SEA39;39;. It pictures a pretty red head lady in a polka dot bikini on a wooden beach chair on the deck of a cruise ship. The other side has a print from a painting made especially for Esquire by Artist Harvey Dunn. The caption at the bottom reads as follows: 39;39;THERE WAS A MAN: DAVY CROCKETT FOUGHT HIS WAY TO GLORY ON THE WALL OF THE ALAMO39;39;. This centerfold print page measures 16-1/439;39; x 13-1/839;39;. It appears to be in good condition with horizontal and vertical fold creases as pictured. |
