This card is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1920s or 1930s. Normally prizes like this would have some advertising on it but this one does not. By pulling and pushing the tab on the side, the two comicstrip characters move and they appear to be arguing. The mechanical flicker or lenticular card is marked as follows: ''DON'T ??P TO ARGUE''
