This locket pin is not dated and the year that it was made is unknown. It is not marked and the maker is also unknown. At the top there is a pin section with a bow or ribbon. Hanging from it is a book shaped locket charm, and mounted on it is a round painted porcelain section. It pictures a person on a horse. It could be one of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. It is also marked ''CANADA''. The pin was most likely purchased by a tourist while visiting Canada. The pin with the hanging charm measures about 1'' x 1-3/8''. It appears to be in mint unused condition as pictured. |
