| | | | The picture below shows larger front and back views of this 1936 Copper & Wood Boy Scouts Camp Tichora Wall Hanging Calendar Plaque. On the plaque is a monthly paper calendar that goes from June to December of 1936. The previous months have been removed. The wall hanging plaque is made of a diagonal sliced or cut log. On ot is a copper sheet with The Boy Scouts emblem or logo at the top, a Native American Indiam Chief in the center, the calendar and “CAMP TICHORA” at the bottom. The copper sheet is nailed on with many tiny brass brads. At the top is a hole with twine to hang it on a nail or hook. It also has a light coat of varnish on it. The Boy Scout wall hanging calendar plaque measures about 3-3/4'' x 12-1/8'' x 3/8''. It appears to be in good condition as pictured. As stated above and pictured, the January to May calendar months are not here. |
