The picture shows a view of this Old Lithographed Tin & Plastic Shackman Dexterity Palm Puzzle. This dexterity puzzle is not dated but it is believed to be from the mid 1960s. It has a colorful image of a man with a suit, tie, hat, mustache, beard, and a red nose. The steel balls in his eyes just move back & forth. The object is to get th five tiny white balls on his teeth. The puzzle is marked on the two sides as follows:
