When the Valentine card in his hand is moved he beats on his base drum and his eyes move. The clown is carrying and playing a base drum as if he were in a marching band. The card is colorful and nicely printed. He is wearing a colorful clown costume, face make up, and a hat. It is marked as follows: TA-RA-RA-DOOM-DE-AY
