The book was printed in the U.S.A. and it was published by Sam'l Gabriel Sons & Company of New York. There are illustrations on pages with a flag sticker attached in the appropriate place for each of the (59) United Nations members as of May 1950 inside. There are (16) addtional countries listed with a flag stickers that were not members when the book was made. In the back is a chart with each country and much information about each. There is a short History of The United Nations and the inside covers have global maps. This hard back book measures 12'' x 10'' x 3/8''. It appears to be in very good condition as pictured. There is a partial split of the binding edge and peeling of a clear covering that is on the book. |
