They were made by Applause, Inc. and are © Walt Disney Company. The badge and pinas are made of painted metal. The pins have a clear coating over the design. The Dick Tracy badge is in the shape of a shield. The pins have Dick Tracy, the Dick Tracy police car, Flattop, and Breathless Mahoney. To judge the sizes the badge measures 2'' x 2-5/8''. They are all in mint unused condition as pictured.
