The pins and the cards are not dated but these are from the 1990 Dick Tracy movie. They were made by Applause, Inc. and are © Walt Disney Company. The badge and pinas are made of painted metal. The pins have a clear coating over the design. The Dick Tracy badge is in the shape of a shield. The pins have Dick Tracy, the Dick Tracy police car, Flattop, and Breathless Mahoney.
