| | | | The pictures show views of all (3) 1947 Planters Nut & Chocolate Company Paper Items in this lot. These three items were found stapled together. The staples have been removed. The first item is a Planters Nut & Chocolate Company invoice to a Brockmeyer Cigar Company of St. Louis, Missouri. Purchased were boxes of 5 cent bags of blanched salted peanuts, 5 cent jumbo blocks, and cocktail saled peanuted.The invoice has Mr. Peanut in the upper right corner and an opened bag of Planters Peanuts in the center. The second item is a shipping order from the St. Louis Terminal Warehouse Company. It was for shipping Planters Nuts to the Brockmeyer Cigar Company. The third item in this lot is a hand written order from the Planters Nut & Chocolate Company for cases of blanched salted peanuts and Planters Peanuts. To judge the sizes the first invoice measures 8-1/2'' x 7''. These are in very good condition with some age discoloration and staple holes as pictured. |
