The one that you will receive is in an unopened prize envelope. The prize is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1960s. The cereal prize was made by Gold Premium International, of Miami, Florida. We believe that this was designed to spin on your bicycle handlebars. It could be carried or worn like a toy ring as well. This one is unopened. The toy prize has a figure of the General Mills Advertising Character Lucky Leprechaun from Lucky charms cereal and it is marked as follows: PAT. PEND.
