| | | | The picture below shows a larger view of this Old Miniature Metal Butter Knife Jewelry Pin with Mounted Stone. This knife pin is not dated but it is old. It is not marked and the maker is unknown. We do not know why this pin was created. The pin is made of brass with a soldiered pin on the back. The handle is made of carved shell and it is mounted on the handle with brass pins. Also on the handle is a stone mounted in a setting. The knife pin measures 2-1/8'' long. It appears to be in excellent condition as pictured. It does have a slight bend on the blade that could be easily straightened. The pin has not been cleaned or polished. |
