The pictures below show larger views of all (12) Different 1940s Don Drouin's Orchestra Band Member Photograph Negatives in this lot. These negatives are not dated, but they were part of a large collection of negatives taken in the early 1940s, during World War II. The negatives that we were able to identify from the collection were from New Hampshire and Massachusetts. They appear to have been taken by a professional Photographer. Unfortunately we do not have any information about this band or the band members. If you have knowledge of this band, or any of its members, please let us know. It appears that they are playing on a stage in either a city or school auditorium or in a town hall. There are images of the band playing and individuals from the band. Included are members playing the piano, saxophone, trombone, drums, and a female singer or vocalist. All of these for one price! These are large format black & white negatives. Large photograph prints can be made with these. They each negative measures about 4-5/8'' x 3-1/2''. They appear to be in mint as made condition as pictured. |
