The picture shows a view of all (4) Old Metal Sailing or Sailboat Jewelry Pins in this lot. These pins are not dated but they are all believed to be old. The painted pin is marked ''GERRY'S ©'' on the back, but the others are not marked and the makers are unknown. The two pictured at the bottom are identical. They are made of a silver colored metal and they each have a seagull and a sailboat. The top left pin appears to be made of brass. It has a hanging heart charm that could be engraved. The upper right pin is painted red, white, and blue on a silver colored metal. As mentioned above it is marked ''GERRY'S ©'' on the back. These pins may have been sold as souvenirs to a tourists, but we do not know for sure. To judge the sizes, the two bottom pins each measure about 1-3/16'' x 1''. These appear to be in near mint to mint condition as pictured. |
