There is the top metal section, the bottom metal section, a red, white, and blue ribbon, and (3) different metal bars on the ribbon. The top section has an eagle and an enameled logo with a target. The bottom section has stars and stripes. It is marked on the two sides as follows: OLD COLONY SPORTSMENS ASSOC.
