The picture shows a view of all (3) 1940s George & Martha Washington Advertising Souvenir Miniature Pitchers in this lot. These pitchers are not dated but they are from Occupied Japan immediately following World War II. They are made of porcelain or ceramic and they have applied or imprinted images. There is a pair of George & Martha Washington pitchers and a different taller one with a bust of George Washington.

The tall one has the number ''72'' or ''77'' on the bottom. The pair are marked ''WASHINGTON. D.C.'' on the back and ''MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN'' on the bottoms. The two marks are different. They all have some gold accent paint on the top lip and handles. The tall pitcher measures 3-5/8'' tall and the pair measure 2-1/2'' tall. The two George pitchers appear to be in mint condition. The Martha pitcher has a very fine hairline crack below the lip as pictured. (see the first picture below).
