It is made of black plastic with three brass rings and clip, and it look like it has a gold nib. The nib has an arrow and is by Parker as well. The clip has an arrow as well. We are not experts on fountain pens, so rather than risk damage, we have not attempted to fill, use, or clean this pen. Because of this, it will be sold ''as is''.
