| | | | The picture shows a view of all (7) Old Unused Animal Gum Ball Machine Prize Painted Plastic Novelty Brooch Pins in this lot. These are not dated but they are believed to be from the 1960s or 1970s. These were found among a very large collection of old gumball machine prizes that we had acquired from that time period. They could have also been sold in five and dime stores or used as carnival game prizes. Three of them are still on a paper card that is marked ''NEW FASHION BROOCH - JAPAN''. The colorful animal pins are made of painted plastic. They include a bear, a giraffe, (2) elephants, and (2) rabbits. They each have a metal pin attached to the back. To judge the sizes the bear head pin measures about 1-5/8'' x 1-7/8''. The pins appear to be in near mint to mint unused condition as pictured. |
