The pictures show a view of all (7) Old Shirley Temple Paper Items in this lot. (note: There is more white space on the ads then is shown in the pictures.) The first two are 1937 advertisements for Quaker Puffed Wheat and Rice Cereal. The larger one is from September 1937. It mentions Shirley is the star of "HEIDI". The smaller one is from July 1937 and it has her as the star of "WEE WILLIE WINKIE", both were 20th Century Fox Pictures. The dates are written on the opposite sides. Next is a large glossy color photograph of Shirley Temple. I do not know when this was made but it looks like a publicity photo. It does have some wrinkles. Next are (4) 1930's Shirley Temple newspaper advertisements. On each the dates are noted in the white space away from the ad. The first one is a 1/25/35 film / movie ad for "Bright Eyes" with James Dunn. It also has a small ad for Popeye in "BEWARE OF BARNICLE BILL", Buster Keaton in "PALOOKA FROM PADUCAH", "SADDLE CHAMPS", and Paramount News. In the bottom right it mentions that those attending would get a premium Shirley Temple souvenir button. Next is a 4/1/36 advertisement for Shirley Temple Socks by Trimfit. The ad was from The Troutman - Reiber Co.. Next is another film / movie ad. This one is from 1/26/35. It is a different ad for the same "Bright Eyes" movie. It also has a small ad for Popeye in "BEWARE OF BARNICLE BILL", Buster Keaton in "PALOOKA FROM PADUCAH", "SADDLE CHAMPS", and Paramount News. In the bottom right it mentions the next attractions including: "LIME HOUSE BLUES", "HELLDORADO". It also mentions Will Rogers in "COUNTY CHAIRMAN". The last item in this lot is a 4/1/36 ad for Shirley Temple Toddler Dresses and Frocks. This ad is from The Troutman - Reiber Co.. It pictures Shirley Temple and an illustration of a young girl with an elephant pull toy. All of these items for one price! To judge the sizes the photograph measures 8" x 10".
