| | | The picture below shows a larger front and back view of this 1925 Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection Big League Baseball At Home Prize Toy Spinner Game. The back has the game rules and instructions. This baseball spinner game is not dated but according to the Cracker Jack Company records it is from 1925 and it is the earliest and largest version of three of these baseball games copyrighted by The J. B. Carroll Company of Chicago, Illinois. It is marked Cracker Jack and it pictures an early box of the famous popcorn confection in the center. It is made of printed card stock paper with a metal spinner riveted in the center. The game is played by doing whatever action the spinner points to. There are actions printed all around the game and in the center and it is marked as follows: BIG LEAGUE BASEBALL AT HOME TO MAKE THE GAME INTERESTING EAT CRACKER JACK THE MORE YOU EAT – THE MORE YOU WANT This baseball game prize measures about 2-3/4'' x 3-3/8''. It appears to be in good condition with some wear from use and caramel spotting from the pop corn as pictured. |
