Side A is “LIVE FREE OR DIE” and side B is “KEEP NEW HAMPSHIRE NO 1” GOVERNOR MELDRIM THOMSON, JR.. The sleeve or cover pictures the Governor on one side and a Live Free or Die New Hampshire Governor license plate on the other. There is an unused sticker that reads: THOMSON MEANS JOBS SHEILA ROBERGE, FISCAL AGENT Next is a small paper sheet with (4) unused bright “Hot Dots” vinyl reflective stickers.
