The picture shows a view of this 1893 Columbian Exposition World's Fair United States Government Building Souvenir Spoon. The spoon is not marked as such, but it may be silver. The handle has some fancy scrollwork. In the bowl it has a raised image of the U.S. Govenment Building and it is marked on the two sides as follows:

LEONARD MFG. CO. AL.

The spoon measures 6'' long. It appears to be in excellent or better condition as pictured.
