I am not sure which Underdog rings were displayed on this card, perhaps the old flicker, flasher, or lenticular rings, I'm not sure. It has a real nice image of Underdog with raised fists.

The ring slots are unpunched. This is a display that would have been used in an old gumball machine to show you what you might get. These headers were used to advertise and intice children (or most likeky their parents) out of their pocket change. This one reads as follows:
