It would have been a premium toy given to a child when their parents bought them a new pair of shoes. It is imprinted in red and black with a bright yellow background. It pictures a rooster on a weathervane and is marked as follows:

The clicker measures 7/8'' x 1-11/16''. It is in excellent condition as pictured.
