| | | | The pictures below show larger top and bottom views of this Heavy Old Cast Iron Sweden 5 Ore Coin Kitchen Hot Plate or Trivet. The trivet is not dated and the year that it was made is unknown. We believe that this coin was minted at least from 1909 to 1950. The top side has three crowns, and a small shield with a crown at the bottom. It is marked “5 FEM ORE”. The back or bottom is blank and it has three feet to keep heat from surfaces. The trivet measures about 6-1/16'' x 3/4''. It appears to be in mint unused condition as pictured. |
