The picture shows front and back views of this Old Childs Baseball Uniform. Included is a shirt, pants, and an unmatched (as found) pair of socks. This is not a costume. It is an actual old uniform that was used. The year is unknown, but it is old. There are no tags, but it appears to be made of gray wool and it has sewn on blue pin striping. The shirt has the team name "DODGERS" sewn on as well as the number "3" on the back. There are five gray buttons on the shirt. At one time there had been a patch sewn on one of the sleeves. It is gone now, but the thread is still there. The pants have wide belt loops, a pocket on the back and elastic at the bootom of the legs. As stated above, the sox do not match. The colors are exactly the same but the stripes are different. To judge the sizes the shirt measures 24" from the collar to the bottom and 25-1/2" from sleeve to sleeve. The pants have a 28" waist and they are 27-1/2" long. The uniform is in excellent condition with a few minor old spots from use. |
