The whistle has a clock or watch face with an 11:17 time and colorful flowers. The whistle is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1930s. It was IN JAPAN” but the maker is unknown. The whistle measures about 1'' x 1-3/8'' x 1/8''. It appears to be in good used condition as pictured. |
