The holder is not dated and the year that it was made is unknown. We call it a mail holder, but it could be used for napkins, photographs, eye glasses, or any other similar items. There is gold paint around the edges and black velvet on the bottom to protect surfaces. It has a detailed image of the school and it is marked as follows: MIT ALUMNI/AE ASSOCIATION The holder measures about 4'' x 2-5/8'' x 1-3/4''. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured. |
