| | | | The picture shows the heavily embossed cover of the folder and the page that has the certificate inside of this 1949 National Grange Golden Sheaf Certificate 50 Year Service Award Folder. There are also gold pages inside with a National Grange emblem. This is a very nicely made award folder. It has an imitation blue leather cover, gold rope binding with a tassel and some onionskin type protective paper inside as well. The cover is heavily embossed: THE

ESTABLISHED 1867 The award was issued on July, 8th, 1949 to a Herbert H. Ashley for 50 years of service and it is numbered #8277. It is neatly signed by Master A.S. GOSS and Secretary HARRY A. CATON. The when closed measures 5" x 7-1/16" and it is in near mint condition with the exception of a little wear on the binding edge. |
